How do I let you know I have a problem?

For all Funding related problems talk to our support team via Live Help or put in a Help Ticket to our Accounts team.

By becoming a registered member, you will have access to our comprehensive Help Desk. Please note than non-members will immediately receive this service when they sign-up.

To send in a report as a registered member, you will first need to log into your account.

Once you have logged in, you will be presented with two input fields. The first is a drop down menu table that you will need to click on to select your problem category. This field classifies your problem in a certain category. These categories are listed below:

Game locked up
Won Game but not credited
Lost credit
Other (not listed here)
Billing related Issue
Lost Connection
Forgot My Password
Make a Comment

The second input box is where you list the details of your problem and add any other related comments.

Once you have completed filling in the two fields, just click on the submit button and your request will be sent to our Help Desk.

Your Support Team will respond as quickly as possible, and for you to review the response, go to View Tickets, select the date and then just click on the relevant ticket number.
